Introducing UIM

User Innovation Management – UIM, is a method developed to facilitate user participation in innovation processes. UIM consists of three themes and six steps which provides a structure and path for the process. Techniques and questions provides inspiration and reflection throughout the process. The UIM method is described in details in the handbook “User Innovation Mananagment – a handbook”.

Getting started…

Before using eUIM you need to have a good understanding of what UIM is. It is a good idea to read the book “User Innovation Management – a handbook”. At this website you can find a facilitators guide. The facilitators guide introduce you to how to use eUIM to facilitate a innovation team and process. A FAQ can be accesses and printed if you have problems getting started with eUIM.
